Exploring Sweetlands Bakery
We shot this in Sweetlands Bakery, one of the few bakeries in Singapore that continue to bake bread using traditional methods. Nic Tan, the owner, showed us around with a warmness that can only be matched by the thousands of bread being baked in his shop.
We were fortunate enough to finally witness the hours of efforts that go into baking all these breads by hand, and with love. Despite the organized chaos, the Sweetlands team never stopped smiling and getting that bread.
